Office LiveMeeting 2007 Add-in Crashing Outlook on Close

So I wanted to document an issue I ran into today that I wasn't able to find any information on when I was researching this problem.  The problem was I had just updated to the latest version(8.0.6362.202) of Office LiveMeeting 2007 for a user.  We had just had our BPOS subscription migrated to Office365, and we wanted to continue to be able to access LiveMeeting in the event we have any issues with the Lync Online connection for a conference.  So I had installed this version of LiveMeeting, and the Microsoft Online Services Sign-in Assistant(version 7.250.4209.0).  I had already done this for multiple users without any issues, except in this case it was causing Outlook to to crash every time he closed Outlook.  This was the error that was generated in the event viewer:

Faulting application name: OUTLOOK.EXE, version: 14.0.6109.5005, time stamp: 0x4e79b6c8

After looking around online and not finding any info on the problem, I figure I'd just run the repair option from Programs and Features to see if that would fix the problem, and sure enough it did!  I love it when fixes are simple.
